Chalet Des Arts Apartment is located within the ski area Vialattea, just few kilometers from Sestriere, right at the center of the mountains that hosted Turin Winter Olympics in 2006.

The small heritage village of Soucheres Basses is part of the municipality of Pragelato (TO) and is located:

  • 1480m on sea level
  • 3 km from La Ruà
  • 13 km from Sestriere;
  • 30 km from Oulx exit on highway A 32 Torino – Bardonecchia;
  • 30 km from Oulx railway station, located on Milan-Paris line also with high speed train;
  • 95 km from Turin – Caselle Airport.

Chalet Des Arts is part of the ancient hamlet that still lives the spirit of the mountain people. Here you can live the real mountain feel that only in this historical village you can still find today. You will be very surprised from the village activities, where residents and holiday-makers are working side by side in the organization of events and projects to keep alive the beauty, hospitality and harmony of the place. The small village where the property is located is the starting point for numerous activities in both winter and summer, from simple walks to trekking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. In close proximity to the pool, riding stables, spa, restaurants and grocery store stocked. Do not miss the visits to Fort of Fenestrelle, Scopriminiera, Usseaux the village painted with the route of sundials Balboutet. At Chalet Des Arts children are welcome! For their beds, changing tables, high chairs, games, books etc. are provided free of charge.
